Bridging – creating synergies
AMP speaks of organisational synergies, cost synergies or growth synergies. These are actively promoted in the context of cooperations with our customers. This includes through the formation of interdisciplinary project groups.
Accountability
For AMP, accountability means three things: transparency, traceability and service delivery. Every AMP employee is charged with the task of being able to explain to the client at any time how the order is being executed, how resources are being utilised and to what extent specified goals have been achieved.
Integrity
While legitimate interactions between medical professionals and the healthcare industry can hugely improve the quality of patient care, it is important to recognise that this gives rise to potential conflicts of interest. This is why we strictly adhere to the codes of practice published by the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA), Eucomed, The European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS) and the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations (IFPMA).
Transparency
AMP subscribes to the principles of the World Economic Forum’s Partnering Against Corruption Initiative (PACI). “We are convinced that commitment to transparency and ethical business practices can provide our organisation with a competitive advantage. Corruption is the antithesis of growth, and flourishes where secrecy is allowed.”
